Yes, DY Notary Services can notarize a signature on a document in a foreign language as long as the document is complete.
The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. We work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner.
A notary must be able to certify the identity of the signer. The following forms of ID are acceptable as long as it is current or was issued within 5 years:
- CA Driver's License
- US Passport
- An Inmate ID card issued by the CA Dept. of Corrections and Rehabilitation
- A Driver's License issued by another state or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency
- An ID issued by another state
- A US Military ID card as long as they contain the required information
- A State of California Employee ID card
- An ID card issued by a federally recognized tribal government.
