DY Notary Services offers convenient and reliable notary services that are available on weekends and evenings. We can also come to your location for an additional fee. 

Yes, DY Notary Services can notarize a signature on a document in a foreign language as long as the document is complete.  

The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. We work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner.

A notary must be able to certify the identity of the signer. The following forms of ID are acceptable as long as it is current or was issued within 5 years: 

• CA Driver's License
• US Passport
• An Inmate ID card issued by the CA Dept. of Corrections and Rehabilitation
• A Driver's License issued by another state or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency
• An ID issued by another state
• A US Military ID card as long as they contain the required information
• A State of California Employee ID card
• An ID card issued by a federally recognized tribal government.

If you do not have a valid form of ID, either one or two credible witnesses must be used to confirm the identity of the signer. For more information, please call or email DY Notary Services.
